Dinesh Soni

Dinesh is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in building and managing complex business organization. In his leadership roles, he has extensively worked in the entire gamut of HR functions including Business HR, Organization Development, Change Management, Talent acquisition, M&A Integrations, Performance Management for global organizations.

He has significant experience in leading and driving several acquisition, merger and divestiture projects from due diligence through leading post closure integration / disintegration activities and change management in the process.

As a Head of HR, he has been instrumental in setting up several MNC captive operations from inception by heavily engaging and collaborating with various client company’s corporate HR and business teams for leading the HR function in India.

Dinesh received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology and Master’s in Public Administration.
